Quick take

Price is basically a wash: $20/mo for Plus and $19.99/mo for Google AI Pro.
The bundle is where Google pulls ahead: 5 TB storage, sharing with up to 5 others, YouTube Premium Lite, Google Health Premium, Google Home Premium Standard, $10/mo in Cloud credits and 200 Colab compute units. None of that is listed for Plus.
Video: Google AI Pro has it (Gemini Omni Flash in Gemini and Google Flow, with 1,000 Flow credits a month). Video isn't stated on the Plus pages we checked.
Limits: Google gives 4x standard Gemini limits, refreshing every 5 hours up to a weekly cap, with a 1M-token context. Plus has no fixed public cap, and its context is 54K (Instant) or 256K (Reasoning).
Agents: Plus has ChatGPT Work, agent mode and Codex. Google has Tasks in Gemini, Chrome auto browse, Jules and Antigravity.

If you'd use the storage or share it with family, Google AI Pro is a lot of stuff for $19.99. If you specifically want ChatGPT's tools (custom GPTs, Codex, scheduled tasks), Plus is the pick.
