Plus is $20 a month, and OpenAI doesn't list a yearly discount on the pages we checked. The thing people get wrong about limits: there's no fixed public message cap. OpenAI just says Plus 'may include usage limits such as message caps.' Also, the newest models (GPT-6.1 Sol, GPT-6.1 Terra, GPT-6 Astra) are in ChatGPT Work and Codex, not regular Chat.
